Our services involve consultation, vendor communication, and day-of management. All recommendations provided by our agency are made in good faith, based on our professional experience.
A retainer fee is required to secure our services for your designated date. This fee covers initial planning efforts and date reservation. The remaining balance will be divided into scheduled installments, with the final payment due prior to the event.
All financial obligations must be met according to the timeline established in your customized proposal. Delayed payments may impact our ability to secure preferred vendors or maintain the planning schedule.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to postpone the event, we will make every effort to transfer our services to your new date, subject to our availability. Additional fees may apply if the scope of work changes significantly.
In the event of a cancellation, the initial retainer is non-refundable, as it covers work already performed and the opportunity cost of reserving your date.
